I track my spoons pretty regularly (I have lupus) and this sticker is legit perfect 0 spoon days, or if my day has been particularly draining. I'll be using them more in my hobonichi weeks next year where I'll be tracking health things, but I love having this cute little sticker to mark if things are rough. its not ideal that things are rough but this sticker makes keeping track easier since I don't have to write anything down--I can just place the sticker :)
