Shipping is ADDITIONAL to the subscription, and you will be invoiced for the shipping fee within 1 week of billing. If shipping is not paid prior to the shipping date (mid-month), your wholesale order will be cancelled.

Because all subscription items are ordered and production begins immediately after billing, a 50% refund will be issued to cover materials, production, and preparation costs that have already been incurred.

Sign-ups are open from the 1st to the last day of each month.

When you sign up, you will be included in the following month's happy mail, which ships mid-month every month.

Example:

If you sign up anytime in January → your first envelope ships in mid-February

If you sign up anytime in February → your first envelope ships in mid-March

Billing details:

Recurring subscriptions are billed on the 21st of each month
You can cancel anytime before the next month's billing date on the 21st
That charge covers the next month's envelope
If your payment fails, you can update the payment within 7 days. The system will automatically retry once per day for 7 days
If payment isn't successful after 7 days, the upcoming month will be skipped but your subscription will remain active and resume with the next successful billing cycle
