Due to the nature of our items, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
We offer only the highest quality items to you however please let us know if your item is damaged or defective and we will do our best to take care of you. All situations are treated on a case-by-case basis.
Several types of goods that are exempt from being returned include:

In the case that we process a refund, shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be included.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for missing mail if the buyer opts out of tracked shipping.
Our shop account is set in Canadian Dollars (CAD) because we are a shop based in Canada. If you are located outside of Canada, you have the option to use the built-in currency switcher to browse in your local currency, but you will still be checking out with Canadian Dollars at the most current exchange rate.
This does not mean you are paying more, this just means that you are being shown the prices in CAD. Your bank or payment method will automatically change this to your local currency.
The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc.
Canada: 2-12 business days United States: 4-25 business days International: 6-36 business days
Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., where Canada Post does not often have high mail volumes to will have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 35 business days estimate.
If your order was not deliverable within the estimated time, please allow an extra week for the post to reroute the mail back to me. Thank you!
You have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping during checkout. If you do not purchase tracked shipping, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post which does NOT include tracking. Please keep this in mind when checking out.
By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders that do not contain tracking.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was not deliverable. If nothing shows up after that extra week, feel free to send us an email and we will try our best to figure something out with you!
We have a window of 21 days after your latest delivery estimate window to help you with order related issues. If you do not contact us within this window, we will be unable to assist you due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any further information.
Please note that there may be reshipment fees in the case of missing orders.
Our shipping costs are flat rate for stickers, which means that whether you order 1 sheet, or 100 sheets, you are paying the same shipping fees. These fees also include costs for your packaging materials so it is not just the amount that you see on the postage.
Since they are considered flat rate fees, there will be no refunds, nor will you be asked to pay extra if your package is particularly heavy and exceeds the regular postage fees.
We have asked our customers may times what they prefer, and the majority have continued to choose this flat rate shipping option!
Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders with incorrect addresses. While we will try our best to help change your address if your order has not yet been shipped, this cannot be guaranteed as our processing moves very quickly.
If your order has already been shipped, you will be required to wait the full estimated shipping time to see if the order makes it back to us. Any additional reshipment fees will be the buyer's responsibility.
No, we cannot combine orders due to the volume of mail that we handle daily. It is very difficult to locate an order in various stages of processing and in order to keep processing times low, orders cannot be combined, cancelled, or modified once it has been placed. Thank you for your understanding!
The listing photos for each listing displays the size of the stickers on a 1.5x1.9 inch box. This will give you an estimate for how large the stickers are. The second listing photo shows the full sheet of stickers so you can see how many stickers are included on each sheet.
Additionally, product descriptions also have the exact measurement of the sheet size listed.
We are not able to take custom requests but we are always looking for stickers suggestions! Feel free to send us a message here or post on our Facebook group with ideas of stickers that you'd like to see and we will try our best to make it happen!
