The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc. 

Canada: 2-12 business days
United States: 4-25 business days
International: 6-36 business days

Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., where Canada Post does not often have high mail volumes to will have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 35 business days estimate.

If your order was not deliverable within the estimated time, please allow an extra week for the post to reroute the mail back to me. Thank you!

You have the option to upgrade to tracked shipping during checkout. If you do not purchase tracked shipping, your order will be sent as regular mail via Canada Post which does NOT include tracking. Please keep this in mind when checking out.

By purchasing without tracking, you acknowledge that we cannot be held responsible for lost orders that do not contain tracking.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please wait one more week to allow the postal service time to reroute the mail back to me in case it was not deliverable. We will contact you immediately if anything comes back to us! If nothing shows up after that extra week, feel free to send us an email and we will try our best to figure something out with you!

We have a window of 30 days after your latest delivery estimate window to help you with order related issues. Please contact us during this window so that we can assist you! If you do not contact us within this time frame, we may be unable to help due to the amount of time that has passed and post offices not being able to provide any further information.

Please note that there may be reshipment fees with mandatory tracking in the case of missing orders.

The listing photos for each listing displays the size of the stickers on a 1.5x1.9 inch box. This will give you an estimate for how large the stickers are. The second listing photo shows the full sheet of stickers so you can see how many stickers are included on each sheet. 

Oncemorewithlove runs sales to celebrate special occasions such as our shop anniversary (November 19th), or Black Friday. However we do not have regular discounts.

We try our best to be thoughtful about when we run sales because we would like to avoid pressuring our customers to purchase just because there is a sale. We want our customers to love our products and to be intentional with their purchases so that we do not encourage overconsumption and excess.

If there is a special promotions or sale going on, it will be posted on our Instagram or Facebook group. If you do not see anything recently posted on social media, that means there is no active promotion at the time!
