This sticker book was created for your mental health! Some days are good, some days are bad. We have to remember to give ourselves kindness and grace on the bad days so that we can make it to the good days stronger than ever!
The sticker book is held together with 2 staples. As much as we try to ensure that the staples are fixed properly, please be careful when touching staples.
There is a flap closure on the front of the book. You can slot in the side of a flap into the closure to keep it nice and snug.
This book contains 96 stickers over 9 pages.

PROCESSING TIME
Our normal processing times are 1-5 business days, and 1-2 weeks during sales or special events. For our current processing time, please refer to the top bar of the website.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with Canada Post. Stickers are typically shipped in envelopes, and bulkier items in bubble mailers or boxes. Tracking upgrades are optional and offered during checkout. Shipping costs are flat rate and includes postage, packaging, and all handling fees.
The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc.
Canada: 2-12 business days
United States: 4-25 business days
International: 6-36 business days
Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., where Canada Post does not often have high mail volumes to will have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 35 business days estimate.
