Due to a chronic health issue, I have gone from eating a lot of leafy green things, veggies, and fruit on a daily basis to needing to severely limit all of them. It's so easy to use these stickers on a monthly view calendar to track when I last had a banana (or orange or apple or salad, you get the idea), not only so I don't accidentally put myself in the hospital but also so my doctor can see at a glance what I've been eating. Sticker quality is excellent. My only change suggestion would be for larger sheets. (LOL)
