FILE TYPE: All the digital artwork is on one (1) PNG file with transparency, and you will also receive one (1) Silhouette cut file with cut lines already included. There is a maximum of 3 downloads from the link so please make sure to save the file!
DIGITAL PURCHASE POLICIES
All digital purchases are for individual, personal use only! These may not be used for any commercial purposes such as logos, branding, or resale. Downloads may not be distributed or shared. All digital purchases are non-refundable. Files may not be altered except for resizing.
PROCESSING TIME
Our normal processing times are 1-5 business days, and 1-2 weeks during sales or special events. For our current processing time, please refer to the top bar of the website.
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide with Canada Post. Stickers are typically shipped in envelopes, and bulkier items in bubble mailers or boxes. Tracking upgrades are optional and offered during checkout. Shipping costs are flat rate and includes postage, packaging, and all handling fees.
The following are estimates for mail delivery with Canada Post. This may vary greatly depending on holidays, weather conditions, postal service disruptions, customs delays, etc.
Canada: 2-12 business days
United States: 4-25 business days
International: 6-36 business days
Certain international countries such as Thailand, Russia, Israel, Malaysia, Brunei, Africa, etc., where Canada Post does not often have high mail volumes to will have longer delivery times and usually be closer to the 35 business days estimate.
